Alors qu’elle commence son nouveau travail dans un grand hôtel isolé dans la montagne, Irène apprend que sa prédécesseure a disparu dans de mystérieuses circonstances. Troublée, elle tente discrètement de mener l’enquête, mais les autres employés semblent tout faire pour l’empêcher de découvrir la vérité.
