Vivant depuis des années replié sur lui-même, il fait un jour la rencontre de Mona, une adepte de pratiques SM qui règne sur un salon de tatouage. Cette rencontre va radicalement changer le cours de son existence. Après sa première à la Quinzaine des Réalisateurs de Cannes, le bouleversant Dogs Don’t Wear Pants s'apprête à électriser le NIFFF avec son exploration vertigineuse de la résilience sous un angle haletant.
