The movie

Renai and Josh Lambert move into a new house with their three children. But one of the three doesn’t feel comfortable there. Indeed, Dalton is scared of his room and hears strange sounds coming from the attic. While investigating upstairs one day, a shadow surprises him, making him fall. Frightened but unhurt, he goes to bed, reassured by his parents. The next day, Dalton is found in a deep coma. After three months in the hospital with no improvement in his condition, the Lamberts bring him back home. In the days that follow, terrifying and paranormal events occur... With Insidious, James Wan gives his version of the Poltergeist of the 2000s and there’s no denying that he does it well. Despite material handled dozens of times already, Wan avoids cliché and manages to constantly surprise the viewer. Insidious is definitely not for the faint of heart!
