Young Annie has behavioural problems. She lives in the suburbs with her father, a bad parent who is hardly ever around. One day she hears a noise coming from deep inside a well. An old lady has fallen in and is calling for help. What will Annie do? She hesitates and hesitates... Falling somewhere between a melancholic tale and a quest for identity, David Zellner has managed to strike a remarkable tone to convey a particular perspective of childhood.
