The movie

Sean is a house painter without great expectations in life. One day he meets Duke, an electrician who offers to broaden his professional horizon. Duke introduces him to construction tycoon Ray Matthews, who hires him to supervise a local accountant. Sean accepts without asking too many questions. But things turn for the worse: a man dies and Sean finds himself pursued by his employers, whose only aim is to eliminate him. Stuart "Re-Animator" Gordon's adaptation of the thriller is far from being restful; "King of the Ants'' is violent and incredibly dark. The abrupt transitions from humor to horror will certainly take the audience by surprise, as will the special use made of golf clubs.
