Hit by a violent electric shock when he was a child, " Dragon Eye Morrison " mutated into a super-powerful electricity conductor. The accident gave him supernatural powers and affected his brain so much he can communicate telepathically with reptiles. The only comfort in his frantic life is the electric guitar he plays with a " dragon's energy. " As for "Thunderbolt Buddah ", he was hit by a bolt of lightning when he was a child. Ever since, he roams the surface of the earth, haunted by the thirst for vengeance against all electrical energy sources. When he finds out about Dragon Eye's existence, he knows he has at last met his match.
