The movie
Driven by the love he feels towards a colleague of his, a man finds himself trapped in an abandoned high-rise apartment with no food, water or electricity. Brought to life by Rajkummar Rao’s incredible performance, who perfectly expresses his character’s slow agony, this nerve-wracking claustrophobic film is another example of the quality one can find in Indian independent cinema. A very inwardlooking thriller that paints Mumbai as a cold and oppressive city. Not your usual Bollywood fare.
