The movie

By stealing a bag with one million yen in it, a young man triggers a violent chain of events which will forever change the lives of many people. Chinese director Liu Jian sets his second animated feature in the twisted world of criminality and intertwines the fate of diverse individuals through a clever usage of film noir and satire stereotypes. An oppressing story filled with desperate characters make this a singular and moving film.
