In the dead of winter in Norway, a woman is found frozen and injured on the side of a highway. She is rushed to hospital where she receives treatment and is questioned by the Police. It turns out that Jannike is the sole survivor of a massacre committed by a high-brows psycho. After a fully deserved rest, she wakes up in a hospital that is unnaturally dark and quiet… An excellent slasher.
