On a bus, seven families leave for a paradise like camp situated in the mountains. Under ideal prospects, the journey has a more mercantile objective than simply the family gathering. In fact, the parents answered the appeal of an organization who offers to purchase the organs of their young offspring in exchange for a retirement account. During the camp, which is intended to measure their health, the children will little by little suspect the careful benevolence and consideration of their parents, who have always treated them so badly in the past. Produced by Takeshi Kitano’s company, Dankan directs Innocent Seven, which is a black and touching comedy. He also offers a cynical satire, showing the bitter conflict of generations, as well as a society that has bartered their human values in exchange for their insatiable thirst for cash.
