The movie
Oui is a small Thai girl who has just become an orphan. She is taken in by her aunt Bua who lives in an abandoned printing factory with her depressed son Arm. Just like Mme Thénardier in Les Misérables, Bua is quick to set her niece to work. Oui has to get the whole factory spanking clean. After a couple of days, Oui realises that Arm’s illness come from the fact that he believes the factory is haunted. When Oui is plagued by the same creepy visions, the horrifying truth unfolds. Beginning with a sordid but realistic story, Pisaj evolves into one of the most thrilling and surprising ghost films of recent years.
