During Emperor Heian's reign, fierce rivalries shake up the court about who will succeed Japan's master. When Heian's favorite wife gives birth to a son, Magician Doson, who is tied in with the conspirators, casts a hellish spell on the child.The future of the Empire now rests on Seimei's skills, a young insolent magician with extraordinary powers. Seimei the Magician is a historic figure, very popular in Japan, who has prompted many book and screen adaptations. Inspired from a cult manga, "Yin-Yang Master" is pure fantasy, with luxurious sets and special effects, portraying Seimei's epic struggle against a host of ghosts and demons.
